Privacy Policy

TableWatch, Inc. ("TableWatch," "we," "us") makes the TableWatch iPhone app and the tablewatch.io website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We use your information to:

• Check Resy and OpenTable for the reservations you are watching
• Send you alerts by push notification, email or, if you opted in, text message
• Verify your phone number with a one-time code
• Track your credits and subscription
• Answer support requests and bug reports
• Keep TableWatch secure and prevent abuse
• Improve the app and website
• Meet legal obligations

If you add a phone number, we send a one-time 6-digit code by SMS to confirm it is yours. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

If you opt in to text alerts, we send automated messages about reservation availability from TableWatch (tablewatch.io). Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of using TableWatch. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run TableWatch, and only as needed:

• Apple and RevenueCat, for in-app purchases and subscription status
• Apple Push Notification service and Expo, to deliver push notifications
• Our email and SMS providers, to send alerts and verification codes
• Hosting, database and error-monitoring providers (such as Vercel and Railway)
• Law enforcement or others when required by law, or to protect our users and service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. When you tap a time, you go to Resy or OpenTable, and their privacy policies apply there.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app, or by emailing us. When you do, we delete your account, watches and alert history, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

You can turn off push notifications in your iPhone Settings and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email us to make a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will let you know in the app or by email.
