Description of Service

TableWatch is a restaurant reservation monitoring service that checks Resy and OpenTable for availability based on your specified preferences. We send notifications when reservations matching your criteria become available. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific reservation or the timing of notifications.

User Accounts

To use TableWatch, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS notifications from TableWatch. Message frequency varies based on reservation availability. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Monitoring Requests

You may create monitoring requests for restaurant reservations. We will check for availability approximately every 15 minutes. We do not guarantee that we will find or notify you of all available reservations, as availability can change rapidly and depends on third-party platforms.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

TableWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the month giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Use or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of TableWatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
