Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the TableWatch iPhone app, the tablewatch.io website and related services (together, "TableWatch"), provided by TableWatch, Inc. By creating an account or using TableWatch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use TableWatch.

TableWatch checks Resy and OpenTable for reservations that match the restaurant, party size, dates and times you choose, and notifies you when one appears. TableWatch does not book reservations for you. You complete any booking yourself on Resy or OpenTable, under their terms.

TableWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Resy or OpenTable. Availability changes quickly and depends on those platforms, so we cannot guarantee that a table will open, that we will detect every opening, or that a time will still be available when you tap it.

You need an account to use TableWatch. Please give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Each watch you create uses one credit. Every account receives one free credit every 30 days. You can buy additional credits in the app, or subscribe to TableWatch Unlimited for unlimited watches. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Purchases are made through Apple in-app purchase and are charged to your Apple ID. Unlimited subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Credits are not cash, have no value outside TableWatch and cannot be transferred. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.

TableWatch sends alerts by push notification, and may also use email. You can turn push notifications off in your iPhone Settings at any time, but you may miss openings if you do.

If you add a phone number, we text you a one-time code to verify it. If you have opted in to text alerts, message frequency varies with availability and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.

You agree not to:

• Use TableWatch for any illegal purpose or in breach of Resy or OpenTable terms
• Resell, transfer or commercially exploit reservations found through TableWatch
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or get around limits in TableWatch
• Access TableWatch with bots, scripts or other automated means
• Share your account with others

TableWatch, its app, website, design and content belong to TableWatch, Inc. or its licensors. Restaurant names and the Resy and OpenTable names belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse TableWatch content without our written permission.

TableWatch is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TableWatch, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed reservations, arising from your use of TableWatch. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app or by emailing us. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in your iPhone Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

These terms are between you and TableWatch, Inc., not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store Terms of Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use TableWatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
