About Conchas de Piedra
Celebrating ten years in Valle de Guadalupe, Conchas de Piedra is a Mollusk and Mexican Sparkling Wine bar born from the collaboration between Chef Drew Deckman and Winemaker Hugo D’Acosta. Set inside Casa de Piedra, Conchas is built around the simple pleasure of eating from the sea and drinking bubbles made just steps away. Oysters, Clams and other responsibly sourced Baja California Mollusks are served raw, over the fire, or as Crudos, Ceviches and Aguachiles, always guided by season and availability. The cooking is fresh, bright and precise; the wines are lively, expressive and made in the traditional method. Come for a dozen oysters and a glass, stay for the afternoon. Groups of 6 or more, please contact us directly by telephone.
