   Prime-time weekend tables at Gaba go first. Weeknights, early seatings and late seatings are the easiest to find.

   Watch for cancellations

   When Gaba shows nothing open, plans still change. Tables come back when other diners cancel, often a day or two ahead, and they go fast.
