Originally opened within Marky’s Caviar on Madison Ave. in 2019, Huso quickly became a hidden gem, offering an intimate 12-seat experience where every dish was meticulously crafted in a humble kitchen, consisting of just a convection oven and stovetop. The restaurant’s Michelin-plated acclaim, coupled with Chef Lo’s rise as the winner of Top Chef Season 19 and Top Chef World All Stars, sparked an overwhelming demand, propelling our move to Tribeca. Here, in our new home, Chef Lo and his team elevate their seasonal tasting menus to new heights, harnessing the power of a full-service kitchen and direct access to some of the finest gourmet ingredients and caviar. In our 26-seat dining room, evenings are an exploration of flavor, where every course reflects the chef’s innovative take on the season’s finest produce coupled with caviar-inspired plates. For intimate gatherings, we recommend parties of 1-4 be seated within our dining room, while larger groups can enjoy an exclusive experience downstairs, seated in our private room —an atmospheric space with a view of the wine cellar and kitchen, accommodating up to 8 guests. Given this is a 12-course tasting menu, we ask that you kindly allocate 2.5 hours - 3 hours to your dining experience.
