   Be flexible on the night and time

   Prime-time weekend tables at Noksu go first. Weeknights, early seatings and late seatings are the easiest to find.

   When Noksu shows nothing open, plans still change. Tables come back when other diners cancel, often a day or two ahead, and they go fast.
